Uber Chicago Headquarters

Gensler was tasked with designing approximately 185,000 square feet of office space in the Old Chicago Post Office for Uber. The Gensler team drew inspiration from the buildings rich history as well as the clients central mission related to movement. No detail was sparred in the creation of this one of a kind office space that includes custom team collaboration space, a grand hall, meditation rooms, game rooms, and a full dining hall – just to name a few.

The architecture and interiors team comprised of Todd Heiser, Jess Gracey, Riley King, Renee Prusaki and myself. The brand team was Tristan Butterfield, Riley Atlas, Mackenzie Suben, and Cassidy Day. The team worked seamlessly together, showcasing the magic that comes from multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.

Renderings shown below were developed during the design development phase. Photography is underway.
