Faye Coffee Shop & Café

Faye is a destination coffee shop, restaurant and gourmet gift shop in Murphysboro, IL that provides high-quality coffee and made from scratch items. It is the sister restaurant to 17th St BBQ.

Their purpose is to be a community gathering place that feels like home. The brand personality is welcoming, cheerful, high-quality, comfortable and modern.

Faye's logo system is inspired by vintage automotive type to tie into the interior and the history of the building, which was originally a car dealership. The coral, blush and cream color palette was pulled from the interior finishes which are reminiscent of the 1953 Edsel Woody Wagon.

We designed custom signage throughout the space including an exterior blade sign, directional murals, restroom signage, and a vestibule sign. The one we enjoyed designing the most may have to be the Ford headlights with painted lettering reading "Faye All Day".
